About the Opportunity
We are developing a Canada‑wide talent pipeline of Epic certified consultants to support current and upcoming Epic projects across hospitals, provincial health authorities, and regional healthcare partners. This includes work related to implementations, optimizations, upgrades, integration, and broader digital transformation initiatives. We are connecting with Epic‑certified professionals for both active needs and upcoming engagements, ranging from project‑based assignments to full‑time roles. By joining our Epic Talent Network, you will be considered for a variety of initiatives supporting system performance, workflow modernization, interoperability, and data‑driven improvements across the Canadian healthcare landscape.
Who We’re Looking For
Areas of expertise may include: Clinical ASAP, Beacon, ClinDoc, Cupid, Lumens, OpTime/Anesthesia, Orders, Radiant, Stork, Ambulatory, Willow, and related clinical applications Patient Access & Revenue Cycle Prelude, Cadence, Grand Central, Referrals, Hospital Billing (HB), Professional Billing (PB), Real-Time Eligibility (RTE), and related revenue cycle applications Technical & Analytics Bridges, Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, Security, Data Courier, Device Integration, ECSA/ECSM, ODBA, Data Conversions, and related technical applications
What You’ll Do
Support Epic implementation, optimization, upgrade, and transformation initiatives. Configure, test, validate, and support Epic applications aligned with your area of expertise. Collaborate with clinical, operational, technical, and business stakeholders to support project objectives. Participate in workflow analysis, solution design, testing, and go-live activities. Contribute to process improvement, system optimization, and user adoption efforts. Support healthcare organizations in delivering effective and efficient patient care and business operations.
What You Bring
Current Epic certification in one or more Epic applications (required) Experience supporting Epic implementations, optimizations, upgrades, or support services Demonstrated build/configuration experience within your certified application(s) Experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, or health systems Located in Canada and/or eligible to work for Canadian-based engagements without sponsorship Why Join Our Talent Pipeline Early visibility into upcoming Epic projects across Canada Opportunities with Epic implementations, modernization, and data transformation initiatives Flexible opportunities: contract, contract‑to‑hire, and full‑time roles Primarily remote with milestone travel work options across most provinces Alignment of opportunities to your certifications, module expertise, experience, and availability #LI-HS1 Nordic is an equal opportunity employer.
