Role Overview

As a Founding Engineer, you will work across the full stack: applied ML, backend, and product, with significant ownership over technical direction and early architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

Build and orchestrate pipelines using existing LLMs to translate user intent into structured, manufacturable hardware designs Design and maintain backend services supporting the design pipeline Build and refine the product experience for non-expert users Contribute to foundational architecture and technical decisions

Requirements

3–6 years of software engineering experience Demonstrated ability to work across the full stack Hands-on experience applying machine learning to product problems Comfort operating with ambiguity in an early-stage environment Exposure to hardware, manufacturing, or ECAD/CAD is an asset

Tech Stack

TypeScript (Vite, Fastify). Specific framework experience is not required; we prioritize strong engineering fundamentals over particular tools.
