Hook Lift AZ Driver & Equipment Operator
Wage:$24–$34/hr

Right now, we’re on the lookout for a skilled and dependable**AZ Driver & Equipment Operator (Hook Lift)**to join our growing landscape construction team.
This role offers a little bit of everything:
Some days you’ll be on-site operating heavy equipment, helping bring outdoor spaces to life.
Other days, you’ll be hauling bins or moving equipment between job sites using a hook lift truck — keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
If you like variety in your workday and don’t mind getting your boots a little dirty, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving a hook lift truck to deliver bins, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
- Loading and securing cargo safely and properly
- Operating heavy equipment like skid steers, excavators, backhoes, and loaders
- Supporting site work like grading, prepping, and landscape installs
- Performing daily vehicle and equipment inspections
- Logging your hours and deliveries accurately
- Coordinating with dispatchers, project managers, and clients
- Helping out wherever needed — we’re a team-first crew
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid AZ driver’s license (manual transmission experience required)
- At least 4 years of experience driving hook lift trucks and operating heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of load securing and safe equipment operation
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in on site
- Safety-focused with great attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Physical Stuff:
- Must be able to lift and move heavy items
- Comfortable driving and operating equipment for extended periods
- Ready to work outdoors in all weather conditions
