Job Overview: Alliance Recruitment and Training is seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our remote team as an Online Data Entry Analyst / Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a professional virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter, update, and maintain digital records and databases Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic documentation Manage emails, scheduling, and administrative tasks Provide online customer or internal support when required Follow company procedures and maintain data confidentiality
Requirements: Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Google Docs) Stable internet connection and personal computer/laptop Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Previous administrative or data entry experience is an asset but not required
