About Agrinomic Insights LLC
Agrinomic Insights (AGI) provides agricultural and rural appraisals for clients who need clear answers in complex situations. Our work is grounded in hands-on agricultural knowledge, disciplined analysis, and practical judgment developed through years of valuing working farms and specialized operations.
With offices in New York, Florida, Michigan, and North Carolina, we serve clients across the Eastern United States. We are often engaged for assignments that require experience and judgment beyond formula-driven appraisal work, including large dairy operations, complex agricultural properties, agricultural real estate, livestock, equipment, and conservation lands.
Our services include specialized dairy and complex agricultural appraisals, agricultural real estate, livestock, and equipment valuations, and Conservation Easement and Yellow Book (UASFLA) appraisals.
At AGI, integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement guide how we work. Clients choose us for responsive service, sound analysis, and appraisal work that supports confident, real-world decisions.
