##Day In the Life

In this role, you will operate heavy equipment and crushing machinery while performing general labour and routine maintenance in a physically demanding outdoor environment. You will ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company procedures, and OH&S standards.

##Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment including skidsteers, front-end loaders, and excavators.
  • Operate and service crushing equipment.
  • Perform general labour duties such as shoveling around belts and crushers.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machinery (mechanical experience is considered an asset).
  • Work outdoors in a noisy, dusty, and physically demanding environment.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by following company policies, procedures, and all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) guidelines.
  • Comply with all OH&S legislation and safe work practices.
  • Other duties as assigned

##Qualifications

  • Previous experience with crushing operations is an asset.
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.
  • Experience operating a skidsteer, loader, and excavator.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
  • Ability to work independently when necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a positive, safe, and fast‑paced work environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and work in extreme weather conditions.

Targeting $24.66 - $29.63/hr
