About the role
We are looking for energetic Event Servers to enhance our service team. Our Event Servers build genuine and authentic connections that last a lifetime. Event Servers at Beach House understand the true meaning of hospitality and deliver exceptional service with each interaction you make.
As a Server, you will:
- Provide exceptional dining experiences for Beach House guests. You are responsible for both day and evening execution of events ranging from 20 to 100 people.
- Create authentic connections in every interaction . Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
- Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience. Display your love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
- Adapt to any situation with ease. Tackle problems by using your exceptional organizational skills and your commitment to the guest experience.
What we need from you:
- 1 year of restaurant experience.
- A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
- A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
- The ability to legally work in Canada.
