- The Business Development position is a collaborative role with responsibility and room for growth within FISPAN

- This is a highly transparent and self-motivated role
- The primary responsibility of this role is to manage key channel partners and the leads they bring to our business
- This role has key responsibilities such as inbound and outbound lead management
- The role works closely with the marketing team to design, build, and run outbound campaigns, and collaborate on key marketing initiatives and event planning
- Additionally, this role works closely with the sales teams with the leads from these channels to funnel them into our key sales accounts
- Dedicated curiosity and learning all about the B2B banking world, ERPs, accounting softwares, and enterprise selling techniques are critical to this role. This knowledge will need to be applied while also articulating and demonstrating the value proposition of FISPAN to our business clients and consultant partners
- Become an expert in FISPAN’s products in context of our Partner ERPs, features, and service flows
- Stay informed on banking trends, ERP platform services and functionality, and FISPAN competition
- Source, qualify and conduct deep discovery with net new Consulting partners
- Develop and execute on partnership GTM plans
- Drive revenue through lead generation growth and being accountable for following the funnel
- Daily metric tracking of performance management, utilize data to inform decisioning
- Identify, build, and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders within a consulting firm and across our partners
- Educate Consulting partners on FISPAN offerings and articulate the value props to them and to their clients
- Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key partners
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Partnership Management teams to drive co-marketing opportunities, onboard new clients and inform our product roadmap
- Network and develop deep relationships within the Consultant ecosystem and serve as the voice of the Consultant to deliver best in class partnerships, services, and continue delivering value
- Contribute to planning, attend, and at times lead the success of key partner events
- Qualify business leads brought in by consultants and create a pipeline of qualified leads for bank partners
