About the Role

As the largest storage company in Canada, we are seeking a Senior Digital Specialist to lead and evolve our digital experience across multiple business units. This is a high-impact role for a marketing leader with a proven track record of using Paid Media, SEO, CRO, AI, and UX to drive measurable business performance.

You will be responsible for building and leading a team that delivers scalable growth initiatives. In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with marketing, partnerships, and development teams to optimize every stage of the customer journey from awareness to conversion. Core Responsibilities

  • Own the Digital Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all online channels including SEO, PPC, Local, Email, Social, Display, and emerging platforms to drive lead generation and revenue growth.

  • Channel Oversight and Optimization: Lead end-to-end strategy for paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and organic initiatives, ensuring performance throughout the funnel from awareness to conversion.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve user experience and conversion rates across websites, landing pages, and key digital touchpoints using A/B testing, personalization, and data insights.

  • SEO Leadership: Build and execute a structured SEO strategy to increase keyword rankings, capture qualified traffic, and grow organic lead volume.

  • AI-Driven SEO Innovation: Leverage AI tools to identify keyword opportunities, optimize content at scale, and gain a competitive edge in search rankings.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Monitor and analyze funnel performance, campaign ROI, and attribution using GA4, Salesforce, and Looker Studio, and turn insights into actionable improvements.

  • Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to execute on growth objectives across business lines.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, partnerships, design, and development teams to align initiatives, share insights, and ensure seamless integration of growth strategies.

  • Work with Figma and UX Tools: Collaborate with designers using Figma to review wireframes, prototypes, and creative assets, ensuring they are optimized for user experience and conversion.

  • Continuous Experimentation: Foster a test-and-learn culture, running structured experiments and using results to refine creative, messaging, channel mix, and user experience.

  • Budget and ROI Management: Own and optimize channel budgets, allocating spend based on performance and business priorities.

  • Innovation and Future Growth: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging channels, and new tools including AI to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.

Experience and Natural Strengths

  • Proven Digital Growth Expertise: Track record of managing multi-channel marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, Local, Email, Social, and Display that deliver measurable business results.

  • CRO Mindset: Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles from landing page design and A/B testing to funnel optimization with a passion for continuously improving the customer journey.

  • Strategic and Hands-On Leader: Skilled at building and leading marketing teams while staying engaged in execution when needed.

  • Analytical and Data-Driven: Strong ability to leverage analytics platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Salesforce to uncover insights, measure ROI, and make informed decisions.

  • Figma and UX Collaboration: Experience working with Figma or similar design tools to review mockups, provide feedback, and ensure alignment between marketing goals and user experience.

  • Innovative and Growth-Oriented: Naturally curious and eager to test emerging channels, leverage AI tools, and experiment with new tactics.

  • Collaborative Influencer: Effective at working cross-functionally with product, partnerships, design, and development teams to drive alignment and results.
