As our Aviation and Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will be a key member of our Nacora Insurance Key Accounts team, responsible for servicing clients within both Commercial Lines and Aviation programs. Nacora has been providing white glove risk consulting and commercial (marine and non-marine) insurance solutions, products and services to over 30 countries worldwide since 1972 and are one of the first global logistics providers to offer sustainable cargo insurance solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values strong client relationships.
How you create impact
- Manage client accounts for Commercial and Aviation Insurance programs
- Handle incoming applications, review for accuracy, and forward to insurers via online portals
- Prepare and send quotations, renewal notices, and invoices
- Coordinate policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations
- Maintain client documentation, activity logs, and renewal tracking
- Check policies and endorsements for accuracy before sending to clients
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
- Participate in client and insurer meetings, conferences, and tradeshows
- Provide technical support to producers and assist with market placement

What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an insurance brokerage environment as an Account Manager or Customer Service Representative
- RIBO License required
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
- EPIC experience preferred
- CAIB, CIP, CRM or equivalent (or working towards) an asset
