Job Description
The University of Toronto is seeking a Training Lead to oversee the development and delivery of training programs in AI, AI for Science, Robotics, and Lab Automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing training curricula that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Collaborating with faculty and industry partners to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as necessary.
- Leading workshops and training sessions, both in-person and online.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in training or education, preferably in a technical field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant field.
- Experience with AI technologies and their applications in science and industry.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools.
Additional Information
This position may require occasional travel for workshops and conferences.
