Legal Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support with a focus on organizing legal files, assisting with document preparation, project management, deadline monitoring, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Ideal Candidate: Experienced administrative professional that is detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills and understands how to handle confidential information. The ideal candidate will also possess a keen interest in learning, superior collaboration & communication skills and will be a key member of an engaged legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal administrative support, including attending meetings and preparing meeting minutes, responding to correspondence, supporting business transactions and tracking contracts and renewals Assist with the maintenance of corporate minute books and annual filings
- Assist and support legal matters involving affiliated companies
- Support legal team with research and information gathering
- Manage professional communication with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the legal department
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a legal or legal administrative environment
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and DocuSign
- Familiarity with legal documentation, processes, and office procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and adaptable while managing multiple priorities, ambiguity, and a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review information, identify issues, and support sound decision-making
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners
