##What will your typical day look like?
The HR Technology Senior Consultant – Talent Applications is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing talent technology solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure talent applications are scalable, compliant, and aligned to organizational strategy.
The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise in Talent systems, strong consulting and delivery skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective, user centric HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for Talent applications across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance, learning, succession, and internal mobility.
- Lead HR technology initiatives from requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go live support.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and system solutions aligned to best practices.
- Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to improve processes, data quality, system integrations, and user experience.
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
- Contribute to HR technology roadmaps, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of Talent applications and end to end employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience in HR technology consulting, implementation, or enterprise HRIS delivery.
- Experience supporting or leading HRIS migrations or large scale HR technology transformations.
- SAP Successfactors certification on Employee Central
- Proficiency in Generative AI concepts with the ability to apply GenAI practically within HR technology environments.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, cross functional environment
- Hands on experience with one or more of the following platforms:
- PeopleSoft HCM
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Dayforce
- ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
Nice to Have / Preferred Experience

Certification with one or more of the following platforms:

Experience working in global or complex enterprise HR environments.

##Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
