Covenant Health is looking for a Team Lead, HR Analytics to lead the development and execution of data-driven solutions that enhance HR decision-making across our organization. In this role, you will manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals, designing and building HR reports, dashboards, and data models to support business objectives and improve employee experience.

We need a leader who is skilled in HR metrics, workforce planning, and predictive analytics, and is ready to collaborate with senior HR leaders to implement data-driven solutions. Description:

The Team Lead will Lead the design and development of data frameworks to analyze Covenant Health’s workforce data; Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize key HR metrics; Create and automate strategic reports aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning and retention strategies; Apply rigorous data quality checks and continuous validation to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting.

This position will also be responsible for Collaborating with data and analytics teams to optimize data workflows and infrastructure supporting HR analytics; and embed predictive models into HR dashboards, forecasting workforce needs and risks; Acting as a trusted advisor to HR and operational leaders by providing actionable workforce insights; Leveraging human insights through new hire employee surveys, sentiment analysis, and qualitative feedback to complement quantitative HR metrics.

The incumbent will Drive the creation and maintenance of people scorecards, performance analyses, and dashboards that provide strategic visibility into productivity, engagement, and wellbeing; Translate complex workforce data into technical specifications, KPIs, and metrics; Ensure compliance with HR governance policies on the use of workforce data; Ensure that relevant employee data is generated and provided to HR teams in order to partner with business leaders for effective workforce planning; Provide training and coaching to improve data literacy and BI tool adoption among HR and business users; Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment, mentor colleagues and champion the value of people analytics across the organization, amongst other responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics or business intelligence, preferably in healthcare, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. CPHR Designation.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Strong analytical skills including predictive modeling and workforce metric development. Experience with survey design, human insights methodologies, and qualitative data analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights. Knowledge of healthcare workforce dynamics and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. Commitment to data privacy, ethics, and security standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in Human resources or related field. Certifications in BI or analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, Tableau Specialist). Experience with healthcare HR systems such as HRIS, EMR integration, and payroll systems. Previous experience working in healthcare analytics or people analytics roles.
