What You'll Do:

The Group Account Manager, Marketing , will lead all marketing activities for Policaro Group’s associated automotive brands and support the VP Marketing on Policaro Group initiatives. The Account Manager will be the day-to-day contact for each of the General Managers and will be responsible for delivering projects on strategy, on time and on budget. This role is a full-time in-dealership position that will lead annual plan development and corresponding brand communications, go-to-market executions, events, and innovation. Working closely with the General Managers of each dealership, Sales Managers, Service Advisors and BDC teams, this role will identify new opportunities to drive sales. The Account Manager will disseminate information and work closely with the VP Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Agency and the Graphic Design team to collaborate on new and ongoing projects. This role will also lead and inspire strong agency relationships with partners in creative, media, events, and social.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in consumer retail, events, digital and social marketing & CRM
  • Agency automotive retail experience an asset
  • Able to think customer-first and drive relevant strategies that drive preference, loyalty and sales traffic
  • Experienced in synthesizing complex or diverse information
  • Experience working with creative development
  • Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Gather and analyzes information skillfully; Develop alternative solutions; Work well in group problem-solving situations
  • Skilled in influencing others and driving consistent, high-quality executions
  • Able to formulate a strong POV and adjust plans strategically in a changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and eager to take on various projects and wear different hats depending on team workload
  • Will be required to work weekends for key retail events on occasion
  • Willingness to travel to Waterloo twice a week and Brampton three times a week ( this position comes with a company vehicle)
