Associate Quality Control Coordinator

PROFILE SUMMARY

Wesgroup is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Associate Quality Control Coordinator to join our Customer Care team in a one-year fixed term position. In this developmental role, you will support the successful delivery of residential homes by assisting with quality control activities, purchaser orientations, possession preparation, deficiency tracking, and customer care coordination. Working closely with Quality Control leadership, Construction, Sales, Residential Leasing, Accounting, trades, and homeowners, you will help ensure homes are completed to Wesgroup standards, project schedules are maintained, and homeowners receive a positive and professional experience throughout the possession process.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support the preparation and delivery of homeowner orientation appointments by ensuring homes are ready for presentation, deficiencies have been reviewed, and required documentation is complete. Participate in orientation appointments and assist homeowners, realtors, and designated representatives in understanding home operations, maintenance requirements, and possession processes. Assist with maintaining deficiency lists, tracking outstanding items, updating schedules, and monitoring progress toward completion targets. Coordinate with trades, construction teams, and quality control personnel to support timely resolution of deficiencies and project milestones. Participate in quality control inspections and audits to verify homes meet company standards prior to homeowner possession. Support home readiness and possession preparation activities, including final cleaning verification, homeowner materials, key organization, and other key handover activities. Communicate professionally with homeowners, residents, trades, and internal stakeholders regarding orientation appointments, possession activities, project updates, and deficiency resolution. Assist with scheduling, reporting, purchase orders, material procurement, quote tracking, documentation management, departmental administration, and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma/GED required; a certificate in construction, business administration, customer service, real estate, project coordination, or a related field is preferred. Experience in a customer-facing, administrative, coordination, construction, or service-related environment. Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Experience in residential construction, customer care, real estate, property management, development, or new home sales is considered an asset. Experience coordinating appointments, schedules, or project-related activities, and interacting directly with customers or homeowners. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Strong professional customer service, relationship management, verbal communication, and written communication skills. Ability to learn residential construction processes, building systems, homeowner responsibilities, New Home Warranty requirements, and project-specific information. Experience using CRM, construction management, or project tracking software is an asset. Comfortable working on active sites and supporting possession preparation activities, including daily site walks, light cleaning as required, and moving or relocating materials where appropriate.

EXPECTED COMPENSATION

Annual Base Salary: The expected salary range for this role is $58,000 - $64,000 per annum. Actual offered salary will depend on individual experience, qualifications, geographic location, market conditions for the role, and internal equity. Annual Bonus Program: Wesgroup offers a competitive Annual Bonus Program that is intended to financially reward eligible employees for their contribution to the Company’s financial and overall success.
