YOUR IMPACT
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Workplace Programs, this role is a key member of OpenText’s Global Real Estate& Facilities team. As the lead for workplace data& analytics, you will design and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions across a global portfolio of 80+ offices. You will also apply project management expertise to implement workplace programs that enhance the employee experience worldwide.
This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with colleagues in Facilities, HR, IT, and other business units, as well as external partners and vendors.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Data Strategy& Analytics
- Develop and oversee the workplace analytics strategy to support Facilities and Real Estate objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and visualize complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Implement AI-driven data modeling to streamline data collection and analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Portfolio& Reporting
- Maintain accurate real estate and space management data in IWMS systems.
- Produce timely office utilization and vacancy reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with HR, IT, and Security to validate, transform, and migrate data as required.
Workplace Programs& Engagement
- Lead the design and implementation of workplace programs to enhance employee experience.
- Develop employee surveys and feedback channels to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Support communications strategy and awareness campaigns for Facilities initiatives.
- Build and maintain intranet pages for global office locations, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement.
Budget& Vendor Management
- Manage program budgets, including P tracking, capital expenses, and accruals.
Oversee vendor setup, purchase orders, and invoice management for Workplace Programs.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in a workplace-related role such as facilities management, corporate real estate, or project management.
- Strong background in workplace analytics and data management, with the ability to handle large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Power BI (data modeling and visualization)
- AutoCAD
- IWMS/Space Management systems (e.g., Centerstone, Manhattan)
- Strong knowledge of data structures, flows, and integrity principles.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently within a distributed/global team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global environment with diverse cultures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships.
