Bilingual Order Entry Representative
About the role
Our client, a large healthcare and pharmaceutical company, is currently looking to hire for a bilingual order entry representative to join their team in Markham, ON! The candidate should be fluent in English and French and be able to work on site in Markham 3 days a week and 2 days work from home.
The Bilingual Order Entry Representative will be responsible for providing high quality, professional day-to-day service to customers and Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will manage requests/queries and provide support with an emphasis on building and nurturing customer relationships. This position supports customers, fulfills orders, provides support for new accounts, assists the Sales Team with requests, as well as ensures adherence to customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming phone/email requests from customers/Sales Representatives to ensure that requests are resolved promptly and thoroughly
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers and Sales Representatives at all times
- Order/Call Management – includes account verification along with accurately processing customer/sales requests, orders, tracking, issue management and first call resolution wherever possible
- Maintenance of various e-mail boxes ensuring orders and requests are actioned promptly
- Provide support for new and existing customers using our online ordering portal
- Complete follow-up calls, emails and/or updates to customers, sales representatives
- CSR will receive, document, and resolve customer/sales/patient interactions, complaints and triage to appropriate department if further support or guidance is required
- Responsible for monitoring daily sales orders/transactions to ensure completion
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in a customer service contact center role/sales order entry in a health care environment
- Fluent in English and French
- Knowledge and experience with SAP – ECC, Order to Cash or comparable order management systems
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical aesthetics industry
Work Environment
Location: Markham Office - Hybrid -3 Days in Office / 2 Remote - Wednesday is always in-person. (37.5 hours/ week)
9AM - 5PM EST schedule
Duration: 12 month contract to start with opportunity of extension OR conversion to permanent
Pay: $25 - $26/hr
