Requirements

  • You’re a third year student studying towards a university degree OR college/CEGEP diploma in engineering, business, business technology management, computer science, mathematics, statistics or related fields.

Technical skills (you have some of the following)

  • Knowledge of/experience in change management, project management, or data analytics
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Advanced analytical and data analysis skills; experience working with excel.
  • Knowledge of Agile principles and tools

Leadership skills

  • You are willing to challenge the status quo, experimenting to find solutions that will make a difference in the lives of Bell’s customers.
  • You are goal-oriented and can focus on individual tasks while also understanding the bigger picture and how systems work together.
  • You are a skilled communicator balancing urgency, empathy and integrity. You speak and write clearly and concisely, and you listen with the purpose of encouraging transparent dialogue.
  • You gain the trust of your teams, being known for demonstrating fairness and respect.
  • You promote belonging and are flexible, accountable and collaborative.

  • If selected, you will be invited to complete a phone interview or assessment to better understand your skills and experience.
  • If selected from previous step, you will be invited to a virtual panel interview.
