What You’ll Actually Do
- Recruit elite creative and production talent. Editors, producers, creative strategists, production specialists, channel operators, and more.
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle. Sourcing, outreach, screening, coordination, offers, and close.
- Build talent pipelines that never run dry. Always be recruiting.
- Write job posts that attract A players. Not average applicants.
- Interview for real skill. Not vibes. Portfolios, tests, past work, proof.
- Partner directly with leadership and hiring managers to define roles, scorecards, and hiring priorities.
- Keep the process tight. Follow ups, tracking, clear comms, and speed.
- Help shape hiring systems. Templates, tools, workflows, and standards.
What We Are Looking For
- You are a recruiter with real agency production experience. This is key.
- You have placed creative talent before. The kind of people who can actually ship world class work.
- You know how to evaluate portfolios quickly and accurately. You can tell the difference between good and great in minutes.
- You move fast. You follow up fast. You do not let candidates drift.
- You have impeccable spoken and written English communication.
- You are organized and relentless. If it matters, it gets done.
- Huge plus if you have recruited across video production roles and creative agencies at scale.
