About the role
Purpose: The Athletics and Recreation Rotational Representative provides administrative and operational support for a structured rotational program including Athlete Services, Event and Game Day Operations, Recreation Services, Marketing and Promotions, Business Development, and Facilities, in the Athletics and Recreation department, under the direction of the Associate Director, Campus Recreation.
Education:

Completion of the second year of a Bachelor's Sports Management program.

Emergency First Aid/CPR Certification or willingness to obtain immediately is required.
Experience:

Prior experience in customer service, event support, or sports administration is an asset.
Skills:
-
Effective organizational and time-management skills.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with social media platforms.

Ability to generate new ideas or recommend changes to existing programs.
Additional Notes:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Evening and weekend shifts are required.
