about this team The NA Ecommerce Operations team is a committed, hardworking, fun-loving team that works in partnership with a variety of cross functional partners to execute eCommerce strategies across North American digital properties including lululemon.com and the mobile app. We are operational owners of the eCommerce business that may include content and product merchandising and the guest experience. We are solution-oriented, always keeping our cross functional partner’s priorities and the guest’s experience in mind

core responsibilities Operational Planning – 60%

  • Execute daily publishing, catalog, and campaign launches

  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues

  • Track and report metrics on operational health, risks, and dependencies

  • Implement new tools, workflows, and processes

Strategic Support – 40%

  • Build business cases and resource plans with Sr. Manager
  • Align stakeholders on long-term priorities
  • Represent Operations in enterprise/global initiatives
  • Define key metrics to measure operational effectiveness
  • Drive automation, technology, and process improvements

qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 4–7 years in ecommerce, digital operations, or related field
  • Experience in vendor management and cross-functional project leadership

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
