Reporting to the Sanitation Supervisor, the Coatroom Clerk will be responsible for Responsible for the smooth operation of the coatroom, including the maintenance of uniform garments.

SHIFT: Monday – Friday from 11:30am – 8:00pm

What You Will Be Doing

  • Ensures the plant uniform/garments, janitorial, and safety supply inventory needs are consistently met through diligent monitoring and by reporting inventory levels accurately and the maintenance of stock and tidiness of the Coatroom.
  • Monitors visitors to the Plant, ensuring proper sign-in verification is completed and proper PPE/attire is issued.
  • Performs minor repair (sewing) on garments of the uniform program.
  • Sorts and organizes garments washed/supplied by third party laundry services.
  • Regulates and dispenses garments and supplies to employees and visitors (including hairnets, gloves, and aprons as required).
  • Fills in logs to document supplies being used and record times of cleaning.
  • Policies, Processes & Procedures ; Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is ca rried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

What You Will Bring

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective multi-tasking is essential;
  • Ability to read and write English, complete documentation.
  • High School Diploma
