What you will do
This position supports end-to-end management of trade investment, one of the most complex and important levers of the P&L. You will support the trade event management process interacting with various stakeholders across different departments (i.e. Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Customer Analytics, and IT) to support the sales forecasting and the sales target setting process.
This role focuses on analytics and strategic insights. You will develop reports and perform analysis on key metrics such as revenue, trade spend, and Customer Point of Sales (POS). Your analytics will uncover insights into the category, competitor, and retail customers shaping business recommendations by presenting and influencing senior leaders across the organization.
You will also be the compliance lead around select trade spend process controls, working with both external and internal audit as well as internal stakeholders ensuring business processes are in line with compliance requirements and assess current processes to make recommendations that will enhance overall control compliance.
In this role, you will help support the company’s SAP system. Responsible for pricing-related inputs, you will partner with business partners across the organization to maintain and enhance the design of the local customer hierarchy enhancing the overall system design.
You will assess and provide counsel to business partners on critical process and system improvement projects. Examples include setting up the appropriate customer hierarchy for the new sales and trade reporting system and providing guidance on the appropriate customer hierarchy mapping to accommodate a change in the distribution model at one of Kenvue’s key customers.

Key responsibilities:

Sales Forecasting and Trade Spend management: Participate in the strategy and deployment of sales targets and trade investment to customer teams. Liaise and influence business partners in Sales, Demand Planning, Deliver and Finance to support the monthly Sales forecast meeting and to leverage insights to provide input into key financial calls and the Executive S&OP. Provide on-going support of our Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system to our Customer Unit teams.

Data Accuracy and Reporting: ensure accurate pricing and customer hierarchy information is shared with reporting platforms like Tableau. Partner with IT and the dashboard owners to resolve data discrepancies in an efficient manner. Liaise with Customer Unit leads, the Pricing and Analytics team and Customer Strategy to develop reporting and that will enhance business insights.

Compliance Leadership: lead the SOX process controls related to select trade spend process controls. Act as the key liaison with internal and external audit on trade spend compliance topics.

SAP System Management: maintain the local customer hierarchy and pricing-related conditions in the SAP system. Examples include new customer set-up in SAP, managing sku list prices, customer payment terms and discounts. The position is also responsible for setting up rebate and trade accruals in the SAP system.

Training and Documentation: develop and hold user training sessions for pricing related items in SAP. Provide updates on technology improvements and new developments. Maintain documentation on the pricing process and associated best practices.
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
- A minimum of 6+ years of business or related experience
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; demonstrates intellectual curiosity. strong technical aptitude, agility, and desire to learn new technologies
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and experience with reporting tools (e.g. OneS4, Tableau)
Desired:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain and to simplify concepts and analytics to business leaders.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Enjoy training and teaching others
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead and work with a cross-functional project team. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines
