Lead a team of on-site security guards
Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
Issue and manage access cards
Complete daily reports and incident reports
All other related duties
Qualifications for Security Supervisor
Be authorized to work in Canada This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last. Excellent leadership skills 2 years of experience in security and team management First aid certification (mandatory) Drug and alcohol test - (mandatory) Clear Criminal Record Clear Driver's Abstract
