Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Painting, drywall repair
- Flooring installation
- Completing work orders in a timely manner
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Light HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Lock installation and repairs
- Maintaining property grounds and common areas
- Minor plumbing and carpentry
- Appliance installation and repairs
- Responsible for inventory control
- Working with other service technicians
- Emergency, after hours maintenance
- Other duties as assigned/ needed
- Provide after-hours emergency service for the department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Ability to travel from site to site during scheduled work.
- General maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
- Ability to be on-call
