Process Design \ Improvement \ Optimization
Machinery Installation and Commissioning
Production Support and Problem Solving for Large Custom Electric Motors, Generators and Rotating Machinery in the areas of Assembly, Testing, Machining, and Packaging
Project Management of Industrial Installations and Improvement projects
Supervision of Tradesman in a Unionized Environment
Cost Benefit Analysis
EHS Support including design of custom fall protection equipment and system integration
Engineering Search Firm is recruiting for Senior experienced ELECTRIC MOTOR/GENERATOR WINDERS
Must have at least 10 years of hands on experience and must be able to mentor others.
The winding department handles rewinds of DC and AC up to 13.8KV Motors and Generators.

Experience with medium & high voltage motors

Experience with large generators (2 Megawatts +)

Experience with DC armatures a bonus!

Be able to follow work instructions

Ensure products are followed to clients safety and environmental standards.
The individual will refurbish, test and rewind AC/DC motors and generators.
Must work well in a team environment, have attention to detail and strong safety awareness.
Must be willing to work flexible hours as required, including working on site.
Possible room for advancement within the company for the right individuals.
