Execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on paid media, website performance, and acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development and Execution Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads across B2B and DTC audiences. Manage campaign execution across multiple channels, including paid media, email, website, content marketing, and direct mail, print, etc.
Own paid media and performance marketing execution, including
Managing paid media campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and native media. Partnering with internal performance, digital, and agency teams to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns. Providing ongoing recommendations to improve targeting, creative, messaging, budgets, and channel mix to maximize ROI.
Own website marketing execution, including
Supporting website optimization initiatives to improve traffic quality, conversion rates, and engagement. Partnering with digital and UX teams to ensure content, tone, and user journeys align with campaign and performance goals. Managing website content updates tied to product launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives. Collaborate with product, distribution, analytics, and agency partners to develop compelling product narratives and performance-driven creative. Ensure messaging and tone are customer-centric, conversion-oriented, and aligned with brand standards across all digital touchpoints. Support go-to-market activities for new or enhanced travel insurance products.
Performance Measurement and Optimization
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as impressions, CTR, leads, conversions, CPA, and ROAS. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize paid media and digital marketing programs, leveraging performance insights and testing learnings. Support A/B testing of creative, messaging, landing pages, and audience segmentation to improve results. Partner with analytics teams to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Assist with managing marketing spend, pacing, and budget allocation across paid channels and campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with distribution, product, digital, and analytics teams to ensure marketing and paid media efforts align with business priorities and customer needs. Coordinate with agency partners and internal teams to manage timelines, performance reviews, optimizations, and reporting. Manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and executional excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on acquisition and conversion in the insurance industry. Proven experience executing and optimizing campaigns across digital channels, including paid search, paid social, display, and websites. Experience supporting B2B and/or DTC marketing, ideally within financial services or insurance related industries. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable optimization recommendations. Familiarity with common performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, funnel performance). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and with agency partners. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Experience working with Canadian Travel Agencies is considered an asset. French bilingual fluency is considered an asset.
Must-Have Skills
Paid media campaign management (search, social, display). Performance marketing analytics (CPA, ROAS, conversion tracking). Website optimization & digital campaign execution.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in insurance or financial services. B2B and DTC marketing experience. Experience with Canadian travel agency ecosystem.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management. Analytical and data-driven mindset. Highly organized with attention to detail.
Disqualifier
Lack of hands-on paid media/performance marketing experience.
Interview Process
2 rounds – Virtual – 45 min How Performance Will Be Measured Campaign KPIs (CTR, CPA, conversions, ROAS). Lead generation and conversion rates. Campaign execution quality and timeline adherence. Optimization impact and ROI improvement.

The expected base salary range for this position is $35 – $40 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
