Job Description
The Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto invites applications for a tenure-stream position in Strategic Management. The appointment will be at the rank of Assistant Professor and will begin on July 1, 2024.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct research in the field of Strategic Management.
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Strategic Management.
- Supervise graduate students.
- Participate in service activities at the School and University levels.
Required Qualifications
- A PhD in Strategic Management or a related field.
- A strong record of research and publications in top-tier journals.
- Evidence of teaching excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in interdisciplinary research.
- Ability to contribute to the School’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Other Relevant Details
- The successful candidate will be expected to engage in high-quality research and contribute to the academic community at the Rotman School.
- The position is subject to budgetary approval.
