Deliverables
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the corporate training industry.
- Manage and grow social media accounts on WeChat, RedNote (Xiaohongshu), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on progress.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media for B2B or corporate-focused brands, preferably in training, consulting, or professional services.
- Strong understanding of Chinese and Western social media platforms, including WeChat and RedNote (Xiaohongshu).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Ability to create compelling content and adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently on a part-time, contract basis.
- Availability to collaborate remotely and deliver consistent results within agreed timelines.
