The Company

Its business focus is on acquisition & upgrading of residential properties and managing its own portfolio of over 18,000 residential apartments in four provinces across Canada.
Position Details:
Reporting to the Manager, the Cleaner is responsible for all cleaning related duties within their assigned location(s) within a residential multi-family setting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Sweep, scrub, mop, wash floors of entrances, laundry rooms
- Pick up of garbage inside and outside of the buildings
- Vacuuming of the hallways- carpeting, area rugs, hardwood and vinyl floors
- Shampoo carpets & rugs
- Wipe down appliances inside, out and behind
- Dust furniture, clean all metal fixtures and fittings
- Cleaning of windows, walls, surfaces
- Clean toilets, wash basins, taps, mirrors, tubs and showers
- Clean, mop, disinfect kitchen, polish kitchen fixtures and appliances
- Other related duties as assigned by Regional Manager
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have experience in cleaning job
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (Class 7 holders are not eligible)
- Must possess a reliable vehicle to use at work
- Must successfully complete a security clearance
- Effective communication skills
