Main Responsibilities:
Major responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Tracing and management of incoming containers
- Follow-up of unloading containers
- Preparation of daily container receiving plan
- Preparation of documents for container unloading
- Support for floor teams
- Data entry of quantities and weights received
- Daily communication with carriers
- Preparation and follow-up of shipping documents
- Follow-up of truck arrivals
- Filling of event reports at reception
- Management of container photography
Main Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite
- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)
- Organizational skills and administrative rigor
- Autonomy, team spirit and good judgment
