Solutions Consultant
About the role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Executives to engage qualified prospects, acting as a product and solutions expert.
- Understand prospect needs and tailor product demonstrations using their data and deal scenarios.
- Deliver compelling demos of the Enable platform to prospective clients.
- Lead technical responses for RFIs and RFPs, and contribute to sales proposals.
- Present proposals alongside sales team members with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success post-sale.
- Advise sales team members on technical matters as needed.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
- Contribute to sales collateral and provide ongoing training to the sales team.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (oral and written).
- Comfortable in a sales-focused, externally facing role.
- Effective under pressure with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Collaborative, enthusiastic, and service-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Presales role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Eagerness to develop deep product and industry knowledge.
- Experience creating and delivering technical sales content.
- Familiarity with Enable's target industries is a plus.
