As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store. This includes:
- Assisting in managing store staff and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Overseeing inventory management and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Implementing store policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Training and mentoring new employees.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
