The Opportunity TC Energy is seeking a driven Executive Administrative Associate to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Safety & Governance leadership team. Reporting to the Vice President, you will manage schedules and day-to-day needs of the VP and four Directors while providing basic analytical support. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will ensure smooth operations and support critical safety and governance initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Develop, prepare and update PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, reports and correspondence; manage travel
- Manage leadership calendars, coordinate meetings, book rooms, arrange catering and draft agendas
- Monitor and prioritize communications, draft responses in formal tone
- Organize data, files and digital materials on company drives and collaboration tools
- Plan departmental events and manage records, expenses and timesheets
- Manage system access changes and logistics for employees and contractors
- Compile departmental data for leadership review and reporting
- Create basic reports, track metrics and support process documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 10+ years' experience in executive support within financial, business or operations associate/analyst role
- Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Basic analytical skills with ability to organize and present data
- Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Sound judgment and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field
- Advanced Excel functions and basic data analysis experience
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
