- Assist with front desk workflow, scheduling, and patient communication
- Ensure accuracy in current administration procedures
- Help implement and follow office policies
- Schedule appointments
- Help with Day to Day administration
What We?re Looking For
- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator or senior dental administrator
- Strong ability to present treatment and discuss finances confidently
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A natural leader who supports team growth
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
