As a FPGA Development Tools Engineer You Will
- Develop and optimize software tools for power and thermal analysis of Altera's next-generation FPGAs.
- Implement new features to enhance user experience and improve runtime and memory efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with FPGA silicon designers, architects, and various Altera experts to model advanced silicon effects and integrate them into our tools.
- Analyze and address customer feedback, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to a performance-optimized codebase.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, efficient code and enhancing user experience.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and
6+ months of total experience and experience in one or more of the following:
- C/C++
- Scripting language (Python, Perl, or TCL).
- Understanding of algorithm runtime and memory optimization.
