SAP-ISU System Analyst / Technical Lead
About the role
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive SAP Senior Developer / Technical Lead to support capital initiatives related to their Customer Information System (CIS). This dual-role position is responsible for both hands-on SAP-ISU development and technical leadership, with a 50/50 split between solution design and team guidance. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in SAP-ISU, ABAP development, and technical leadership, including code reviews and release management. They will be instrumental in enhancing system functionality and supporting development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP-ISU CIS solutions
- Estimate effort for enhancements and defect resolution
- Execute ABAP development and SAP-ISU configuration tasks
- Conduct functional and technical unit testing
- Provide input on technical architecture and solution design
- Guide and support developers through code reviews and daily oversight
- Manage release activities and maintain transport manifests
- Assist in creating and reviewing technical documentation
- Communicate solution designs with business stakeholders
Your strengths include:
- Completion of a 4-year degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a 2-year diploma in Computer Engineering/System Technology
- Minimum 7 years of experience in application analysis, development, and technical leadership
- At least 4 years of ABAP development experience in SAP-ISU within the last 5 years
- At least 4 years of SAP-ISU functional analysis experience within the last 5 years
- At least 4 years of experience in technical lead activities such as code reviews within the last 5 years
- Additional experience in SAP-ISU modules such as Collections, Water, Waste, or Billing (preferred)
