What You'll Be Doing
- Support plant operations by performing general clean-up, equipment maintenance, and material handling.
- Assist with safe and efficient operation of machinery and tools.
- Monitor, inspect, and report on plant conditions to maintain continuous operation.
- Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a culture of safety.
- Provide operational support to team members as needed to meet production goals.

- Ability to work safely and follow established procedures.
- Capability to perform physically active tasks in varying weather conditions.
- Comfort working around heavy equipment and industrial environments.
- Strong teamwork mindset with willingness to learn and take direction.
- Reliable and self-motivated approach to daily tasks and responsibilities.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
