How will you make an impact in this role?
As a member of the Co-Brand team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Air Canada Card portfolio, along with associated services, benefits and capabilities. You will continually develop and hone your marketing skills, analyzing data and extracting insights to inform product strategy and campaign development, and using the power of partnerships to deliver differentiated cardmember value.

Portfolio Management & Strategy
- Manage the day-to-day and long-term performance of the Air Canada Card portfolio, including P&L analysis, KPI tracking and growth forecasting.
- Support the development of portfolio strategy including new marketing programs, cardmember engagement initiatives, etc.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners in the development of cardmember programs and communication.
Product Marketing & Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end acquisition strategy on the Air Canada Card portfolio across including targeting and campaign management.
- Leverage data and customer insights to deepen cardmember engagement throughout product lifecycle.
- Understand customer and competitive trends by carrying out periodic competitive and qualitative assessments and providing commentary on findings.
Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Work effectively cross-functional teams to deliver enhanced efficiencies, processes, services and Cardmember experiences (Servicing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Tech, etc.)
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to align on shared goals and drive collaboration.
- Prepare and deliver regular business updates, performance reviews and strategic recommendations to leadership and partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- University Degree (preferably Business/Marketing) with minimum 2-3 years of product management or marketing work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience developing partnerships and managing relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven self-starter with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive results and champion a project from conception through implementation and evaluation.
- Proven ability to analyze data sets; demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; emphasis on proposal development and the creation/delivery of effective presentations.
- Proven ability to lead change and set priorities, with capacity to be flexible and adapt with new opportunities.
