Livingstone School in Lundbreck, Alberta, is seeking to employ the very best school-based staff in Alberta! Lundbreck School requires a part-time Administrative Assistant. This position will commence on August 26th, 2026, with the possibility of in-person training at the end of June.

This front-line position requires the following skills and attributes to be successful in a challenging and ever-changing environment:

College/University administrative training (or equivalent) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in person, electronically, and on the phone Welcoming, approachable, and friendly disposition Ability to work in a collaborative environment Excellent computer skills Knowledge and experience with Google and Microsoft Office Knowledge and experience with finance software and monitoring school budgets Ability to multitask and problem-solve Experience with information system software program(s) Ability to maintain confidentiality Professional work ethic Flexibility Experience with scheduling
