We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative - Aftermarket & Consumer Goods to join our dynamic team and help drive customer engagement, revenue growth, and brand success.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving aftermarket and consumer goods sales to both existing customers and new prospects. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation through to closing.
You will engage customers across multiple channels including phone, email, and trade shows, while building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Here’s some of what you can expect as part of the role…
Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and active listening Promote and sell the full range of company products and services Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and specifications Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve customer issues efficiently Manage inbound calls, emails, and customer communication professionally Maintain accurate customer records for follow-up and account management Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue Meet or exceed individual sales targets and company quotas Support and execute sales and marketing campaign initiatives Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and Project Coordinator to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction Provide backup support for the Warehouse Manager and Project Coordinator as needed Communicate order status to customers and coordinate delivery updates with Brunswick Support account management activities, including product recommendations and equipment solutions Ensure invoicing accuracy and collaborate with the finance team to support accounts receivable processes Identify and communicate potential marketing and growth opportunities Maintain and update client data in QuickBooks and Zoho CRM Other duties as assigned.
The Who…
The be a successful Inside Sales Representative, you’ll have:
Minimum of 2 years of sales or inside sales experience Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-motivated approach Experience with CRM systems; Zoho CRM experience is an asset Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset
