We’re currently looking for a Lot Manager to join our team at Bannister Kia Penticton. If you’re dependable, motivated, and driven to keep things operating at a high standard, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

The Drive Ahead

• Organize and maintain vehicle inventory across the dealership lot and display areas
• Ensure vehicles are clean, properly parked, fueled, and presentation-ready
• Coordinate vehicle movement between departments, detailing, service, and customer deliveries
• Assist with receiving new inventory and conducting lot inspections for accuracy and condition
• Support the sales and service teams by maintaining an efficient, safe, and professional environment

Performance Essentials

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to work collaboratively across departments
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and professional dealership appearance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain physically active throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
