Our AWIN Green Lane Body Shop located is looking for a Body Shop Estimator to join our amazing team!

Location: Honda/Acura Downtown Toronto

Job Purpose

The Body Shop Estimator must have the experience necessary to provide our customers with optimal service.

Core Accountabilities

• Interacting with customers and understanding their requirements.
• Giving suggestions and recommendations to customers regarding their vehicle.
• Estimating the cost of the vehicle damage and the time for the repair.
• Coordinating work processes with the technicians and other departments of the organization.
• Keeping up with market trends and prices and competitor strategies.
• Following automotive industry safety norms and standards.
• Answering telephone inquiries and queries of customers.
• Meeting all assigned targets and objectives.
• Preparing and evaluating reports for the establishment and attending training for new products.
• Order Parts as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.
• Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
• Experience using Mitchell on Demand, Audatex and MS Office.
