Title: Regional Executive Director
Salary: $141,038 - $165,927 - $190,817 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term (15 months)
Hours: 9am-4pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Park Royal Office, West Vancouver located on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam & Tsleil-Waututh Nations
About The Role As Regional Executive Director, you will provide senior leadership and strategic direction for regional operations in the Vancouver Coastal Region, overseeing key functions such as Nursing, Mental Health and Wellness, Environmental Public Health, Funding Arrangements, Finance, HR, Community Capital, Accommodation, and IM/IT. You will work collaboratively with centralized FNHA teams, Regional Health Authorities, and First Nations communities to implement the Partnership Accord and co-design culturally safe, community-informed health and wellness models. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, align provincial initiatives with Nation-specific strategies, and strengthen FNHA’s presence across the region through relationship-building, innovation, and system transformation..
About You To be successful in this role you will have/be:
Education
- University Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- A Master’s Degree in a relevant field is considered an asset
Experience
- Recent, relevant and significant experience in leading health operations in a regional setting (usually acquired over a period of 10 or more years)
- Recent, relevant and significant experience in strategic leadership of diverse teams engaged in community engagement and operations (usually acquired over a period of 10 or more years)
- Recent, relevant and significant senior management experience in First Nations Health (usually acquired over a period of 10 or more years)
- Experience working with First Nations/Indigenous people at a community and/or political level including work in the area of community engagement and community/organizational development and health

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
