Position Summary
The Major Accounts Sales Administrator is responsible for contributing to the execution of Liftow Ltd Major Account strategies, in order to meet the annual machine, parts and service budgets defined for Central Division.
Specific Accountabilities
Major Accounts Administration 50%
- Support the Major Account Sales Representative in coordination with internal and external customers and suppliers
- Coordinate the credit application process for individual bill to locations with the Credit Department
- Set up customer accounts, machine population, pricing, service rates and all other relevant items in ELC
- Set up customer accounts, contacts, leads and all other relevant items in CRM
- Responsible for major account invoicing, manage customer portals and invoicing systems
- Attend customer site meetings to provide supporting data for the Major Account Sales Representative
- Support the Major Account Sales Representative in the management, cost control and business strategies surrounding defined accounts
Fleet Management 30%
- Manage fleet entries and units in operation to accurately reflect customer fleet
- Produce repair history and fleet management reports
Dispute Management 20%
- Work closely with Major Accounts Sales Representative to monitor quote/invoice conflicts and proactively deal with potential scenarios that could cause disputes before arising
- Act as direct liaison with other Canadian dealers outside of province to help to resolve customer disputes
Qualifications
Education & Work Experience
Post secondary or equivalent education proficiency. Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
Competencies and Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to adapt communication register to pertinent levels of the customer hierarchy
- Excellent customer service aptitude
- Knowledge of industrial settings
- Excellent team spirit, aptitude for working with others
- Self-sufficient and well-organized
- Attention to detail
- Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Past experience with invoicing and CRM systems
Working Conditions
This position requires the ability to site for extended periods doing computer-based work. May require some visits to customer sites.
