Position: Full-Time Parts Department Assistant
Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive industry? Kingston Dodge is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented Parts Department Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will help ensure exceptional service for our customers while maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of orders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, delivering exceptional service at every opportunity.
- Process parts orders for retail, internal, and wholesale customers accurately and efficiently.
- Support the receiving and stocking of parts deliveries, ensuring everything is in its proper place.
- Assist technicians by managing parts deliveries to ensure smooth shop operations and high efficiency.
- Maintain and update tire storage database and coordinate the seasonal tire changeovers in spring and fall.
- Handle the delivery and pick-up of parts as required.
- Support the tire storage process during peak seasonal tire changeovers.
- Perform other duties as assigned to help ensure the Parts Department runs smoothly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous relevant automotive experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Experience with PBS is a plus.
- Valid G Driver’s License and a clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Ability to drive larger vehicles such as a Promaster van.
- Physically capable of handling heavy tires (up to 75 pounds) during peak seasonal changes.
- Previous delivery driving experience is an asset.
