What will you be doing?
- Position intended to develop skillset & assess candidate capabilities in an operational environment.
- Candidate will work directly in operational areas of Holman such as, but not limited to, Supply Chain and Driver Services.
- Candidate can be a recent graduate, former Holman internship program, or have industry or related experience.
- Special project work, seasonal work (Taxable Benefits) along with other duties, will be assigned as required..
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 4 year University degree or Specialized College Diploma.
- Highly organized, task-oriented and able to juggle multiple & conflicting priorities
- Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required
- Ability to influence internal and external customers to follow established processes and protocols, in a timely manner.
- Understand IRS and CRA regulations for personal vehicle use, as it relates to providing taxable benefits information for vehicle usage for clients fleet drivers
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office and Windows XP
- Previous workplace and/or co-op/intern experience in an operational environment.
- Automotive experience is preferred (fleet, OEM, dealership, etc.)
- Experience and ability to function with minimal supervision in a virtual work environment, staying on-task, managing priorities and communicating effectively with team members and vendors.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $54,610.00 - $77,825.00 CAD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
