About the role
Office Administrator
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing telephone calls and email correspondence, organising files, documents and meetings, as well as entering data and invoices into the ERP system. The role also includes communicating with customers, suppliers and partners and providing administrative support to the company’s departments and Management.
The Suitable Candidate For This Position Should Possess
Previous experience in a similar position. Very good knowledge of MS Office. Good knowledge of English. Organisational skills, consistency and communication skills. Knowledge of ERP will be considered an additional qualification. Knowledge of AI will be considered an additional qualification.

About Tsigenis Woodcraft
Tsigenis Woodcraft, a customer oriented company, has been in the wood processing industry since 1998. In 2003, it was relocated to its privately owned facilities in Finikia, Heraklion. The new premises cover a total surface of 4.000 sqm and feature state-of-the-art equipment.
Tsigenis Woodcraft was staffed from an early point with experienced professionals in every area of manufacture and installation, and this has enabled us to show high growth rates and be able to deliver major projects in Crete according to schedule: Pangritio Stadium, Indoor Fitness Centre in Heraklion, Expansion of Heraklion Airport, Archaeological Museum, hotel units etc., as well as projects in Mykonos, Kos, Zakynthos, Evia. Nowadays, we are entrusted by big companies that cooperate with us on a permanent basis in public and private projects.
