Job Description- Educational Assistant (1.0 FTE) Commences ASAP

Responsible for assisting learners with learning challenges and supporting their programme

Understands the Middle Years Programme ideology (IB World School)

Provide support for learning activities and differentiation

Liaise with relevant professionals on goals, programs and strategies to be used to support learning

Supports and takes direction from the classroom teacher

Assist in collaborative planning with homeroom teachers and IB Coordinator

Qualifications And Experience Completion of Education Assistant program (diploma or certificate)

First Aid Training

Full Criminal Record Clearance, endorsement to work with children

Experience in middle years education is an asset
